With the conference fast approaching, we recommend contacting accommodation providers directly to check current availability and secure your stay.
The below rates are available only to registered MoMC 2026 delegates. All rooms and rates below are held until Saturday, 1 August 2026 or until sold out. Rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. You require accommodation outside the official accommodation dates, (7 – 13 September) please contact the Meeting of the Mines 2026 Conference Secretariat.
Terms and Conditions
- Bookings are subject to availability
- The rates listed are shown per night per room
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for all accommodation options.
- The rates are in Australian Dollars ($AUD), inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is payable to the hotel chosen. There are no other additional charges to the hotel booking other than a credit card surcharge if paying by credit card
Cancellation Policy
NO ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED ON OR AFTER Saturday, 1 August 2026. Delegates who confirm an accommodation booking with a credit card or full pre-payment and who wish to cancel on or after Saturday, 1 August 2026 are liable for the full cost of their accommodation nights cancelled. Credit Card details or full pre-payments will be held on file as a guarantee of booking and shared with the hotel upon situations of no-shows, or late cancellations, to charge at full rate upon their discretion. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Meeting of the Mines 2026 Secretariat. Name changes to a reservation can be made at no charge.
